if your thinking of getting springs get the shocks aswell. best option are coilovers when they're fitted properly, but these don't come cheap!

If you become a forum member there a guide on here to changing the springs.

You can just get springs I'd always change the dampers etc for decinet stuff which IMO is FK coilovers at the cheapest for £420 or so.

You don't need any more than springs but damper life is shortened and handling isn't ideal.
