Lowering on 17"

Hi guys! Ive just inherited some 17" alloys from a mate,Brand new!
Ive put toyo proxes on the wheels which are excellent but the car now looks like a monster truck. I'm no mechanic and wondered if its possible to lower the car with 17"'s on it. Theres a bit of room in the arches but not loads.

I'll try an get a picture if anyones intrested. I know theres alot of people who hate clios with wolfraces on!!!

easy lower on 17"'s had 2 clio lowered on 17"s never rubbed

mine is on 17"'s at the mo and lowered a lot and only rubs slighly since I changed the camber.

got coilies on front and apex 40mm on back. The front is lower than the back.
