Lowering Seats...

Hi guys,

I've read through all the guides etc and I know how to do it etc but I can't find a definite answer on whether a few washers in place will allow the seats to move forward and back as 1 of the main reasons I'll be doing it is so both seats are at the same height as it annoys me that the drivers seat sits lower at the moment and I need both seats to move as I occasionally have people in the back and my girlfriend also very occassionally drives my car when I let her so she has to move the seat forward.

Also can I keep the cd changer in?

Yes i fitted a few washers under each mount. Works fine

Mine still moved in my 172 with everything removed, was just very stiff.
