Lowering standard seats?

have seen in a post you can remove the spacers from standard seats so they sit lower in the car
would be very greatful on instructions?

If you completely remove the spacers the seat doesn't go back and forwards very easily. Just something to consider.

thanks for the heads up have you lowered your seats? if so is it worth it?

I did in my 182 in the summer. It was definitely worth it for the passenger. Personally I didn't notice a huge differance as the driver.

I did this - makes a big difference IMO
