Lowering!!!

ive bought my lowering springs but now i need to fit them! should i send it in to a garage or are they easy to fit??? on a tight budget so if i can avoid paying someone to fit them i will lol.

aint to hard to do your self mate i have done mine and so have my others on this fourm you will need some spring clamps tho to do the front you can do it with out these but dont no how you would go bout that all in all took my 3 hours on my own first time with basic tools and normal out the boot jack so sure you can do it as long as you dont mind getting ya hands dirty

just out of interest t1mmo, what springs did u get? and how much, just wondering if i paid over the odds

ive got apex springs lower it 40mm and paid £50 for them?what did u buy and how much?

Just did mine the other day mate, would recommend an impact driver and spring compressors if you're doin it yourself. Saved a bomb on fitting though.

i got some eibach ones for around £80, probs been seen off a bit, are apex a good well known make, cos i might take mine back and get some abit cheaper, where did u get yours t1mmo.

i bought mine off here second hand only been on 2 month though so still in near enough new condition!! might have a go at doing it myself then this weekend keep the laptop next to me with www.fubarnet.com on!! lol

Don't trade in eibach for apex, £80 is about right would say, maybe get them for £60.
