lumpy tickover

cleaned throttle body, changed plugs, tickover still lumpy, rev counter needle not constant goes from 600rpm to 750rpm then to 1000rpm etc feels like its going to cut out sometimes, anyone got any ideas??? have i got a problem or is this the norm, CHEERS

have you got a decat my old focus did that after i fitted a decat on it

no got standard cat, bit annoying its not ticking over ok

Have you driven the car after you changed / cleaned the parts?

mine did this last year turned out to be a faulty throttle body it was ticking over at 700rpm then shot up to 2k then back down.kept doing it untill i replaced the body..fine now
