Renault prices are going up.

Every Jan Renault put prices up and wipe stock off the system so items will now go NLA and my Renault parts manager has been told that due to Brexit there will be another increase so certain items are going to go up again.

I was told buy now and get good price or wait until feb and possibly be paying a whole load more.

Yep I nearly sent mine and the Inlet's to him but blew my wad on the recaros instead. He definatly turns them out nice though.

So been a few updates as of late and some items in the pipe line.

So I started off with a seatbelt change, To make it 100 times easier I thought about stripping the rear end out and then it shows how bad the seat belts are actually are.

So once I decided on a colour which was "Bright" yellow away my spare belts went to Kolor Koncept (https://www.kolourkoncept.co.uk)
Got them back very very quick and at an amazing price also.

So once I got them I went to go and fit them but came across a problem which was the connectors, I believe there is a choice of two and some of the late 197's and 200's came with the bigger one as pictured.

So I now had to cut my white connector off my original belts on the left get it on to the new yellow belts on the right.

Some wire work and at my local garage to make sure it was all done correctly and properly heat wrapped and things.

While the rear was stripped out and with it being so warm I have also decided to clean the rear door cards and also under all the seats and things.

While I was also at it I decided to pop the rear lights out and clean all them.

I also stripped all the scuttle panel and the wiper linkage out and clean all that, I don't have any pictures but spend around an hour on it and then bolt it all back up.

Just waiting on some rear speakers arriving and door cards to dry and I will start to build it all back together.

But I have to agree with the rest of the comments - please put the original 197 wheels back on as the 200’s look odd (sorry for the negative comment matey).

Have the OE wheels also but they are a C**T to clean and im possibly going to be selling them.

As for the colour of the wheels they will be going KAD or as close as possible as everything else on the car is KAD.

The powder coating company im using is a family run business and they have closed for two weeks so waiting for them to open back up and get the wheels in
