Due to major changes to my car allowance and mileage rate, the company I work for are penalising me for having a inefficient petrol engine.

I need to hit 38mpg petrol or 43 mpg Diesel and come under certain restrictions for carbon output.

Rubbish but I can't afford to lose my allowance.
