Cannot possibly see that reaching 0-60mph in under 4 seconds. A similar modified hardtop would struggle to do that. Too heavy and power to weight still plays a big part.

Those figures are rubbish - no way would a remap shave a second off the 0 - 60 time and add loads to the top speed.
