M30 CUP in Exeter

Blue 182 with personalised plate at Middlemoor roundabout around 1900 on wednesday this week. Sounded awesome when it shot off from the lights, i'm really interested to know what mods it may have?

I was cycling to work and didn't get a chance to see who was driving.
