M8XY G - Elstree, just noww

Saw a black clio with numberplate M8XY G next to the macdonalds in elstree, think i remember seeing pics of it on here.
Was dark so couldnt see properly, but it seemed tidy. I was driving the opposite way in a silver clio. It was on the road as you turn off the A41 next to maccy d's

Didnt notice , I was driving quite fast the other way, saw the numberplate and was like OOOHHH lol
