Machine polishing and waxed - Clio 200 Glacier White - Yorkshire

Another attempt at cleaning the Clio to an acceptable level!

I love those wheels, however, i think they suit these best white on white and with spacers?

It was originally white on white before I bought it
And I thought it looked OTT!
Spacers are supposed to adversely affect handling so I'm not sure about fitting them....

White on white woudl look great, have you a pic before you changed the colour?. Subtle drop with spacers and away you go. At the mo it looks a bit normal imo.

I didn't change the colour
The previous owner did
But I'm happier with the anthracite than the image I've seen of it with white wheels
Spacers are still contentious as mentioned
And the only lowering I'd do would be with B14's but there are things that are more immediate than that!
I know what you mean it looks normal, but i don't want it to stand out a country mile!
Subtle, refined, stylish
Not garish, in your face and grotesque!

At £200 a pair, I can think of better ways to spend the money than just black insert headlights!

I went white on white on my old cup.

The wheels were white for around 3 minutes.

Just looks to be over the top!
And I had white wheels on the Saxo for 4 years
Eventually they yellowed and it's not a good look

what products did you use.?

Started with Meguiars Ultimate wash and wax, in bucket with grit guard and Meguiars lambs wool mitt
Meguiars hot rims for the wheels to remove grime
Clayed with Meguiars clay kit, then Da'd with Ultimate Compound before a deal with ultimate liquid wax
Tyre gel applied also

Haha, this is my old car. Heres some pics when it had white wheels

I loved the white at first, but the more time went on the more I didn't like them and as the alloys needed a refurb anyway I changed colour to Anthracite which I was more than happy with at the time
