MDF boot install question

Order trunk development for Renault Clio B (starting from Bj 09/1998)
Here you can order milled (CNC) trunk plates for a properly matching, individual HiFi development for its Renault Clio accurately. All parts are manufactured from durable 19mm strong MDF. Special wishes e.g. additional reaming are against a small surcharge easily possible.

With the Clio B phase 2 additional sawing out can be necessary in the rear range (ISO fixed rail) with the base plate. Within the range between wheel housing and tail lamp the plates for installation reasons a few centimeter have play. The double soil is appropriate for an intermediate height of 70 mm.

go through you local dealer, or buy one off the german company
 


would b e ALOT cheaper to build one for you boot urself.... B&Q are offering 8x4 foot 18mm mdf for a tenner!!!!

yeah its dead easy, just draw round the carpet and cut it with a jigsaw. One youve got the carpet on it covers any little errors you might m ake with the cutting

Ive just done mine.. draw round carpet for bottom.. then guessed and sawwed the top bit (its a different shape at top than bottom in Mk1).. then made a back bit.. then it all went together (including round the sub box).

It aint coming out.. in a hurry.. its in well! I just made it slightly bigger than the carpet, so it can be proper jammed in!

Just need to carpet mine now!
