middle seat belt

The seat belt clip for the middle seat doesn't clip in. as if it's jammed.

Had MOT and it still doesnt clip? Isn't that mot fail?

Try taking the plastic casing of and have a look at the lock itself..i had a similar problem years ago and it was the lock that was covered in dust and crap,cleaned it and oiled it and it was good as new......and yes it is an mot failiure
