miles out of 172 tank

I'm hoping to achieve around 350 miles in my 172 when I collect it.

My current car manages 300 at most and my previous Saxo VTS ranged from 350 - 420 miles per tank (others I knew struggled to get 200)

my old 172 I could get 350 miles to the tank that's with K-tec exhaust and BMC carbon filter.

And my 182 i'm getting 380 miles to the tank with magnex exhaust and itg pannel filter.

280 if lucky and drive 180 miles to work half of it on the Mway but that with K&N and cat back..

my mk 172, had it about 4 weeks now

ive had it read 45 mpg on motorway journeys

and i do probably 350-400 miles to a tank, i let the light come on before i fill up, im happy with it

Mk1's are much better on fuel... so are MK2 172's.

182's are just a lost thirstier!

(ps, my panel filter doesn't help?).

Its cos they weigh much more!
