Is this engine oil actually any good, or cheap rubbish ?

I can get some pretty cheaply from my local factor.

Gripper rate their stuff, never tried their engine oil, can't be bad though

Went for some Miller's XFS 5w40 in the end. As I found it at the same supplier, hopefully better stuff.
