Mist washer jets Clio 197/MK3?

Tried the Citroen Xsara ones and found they fit well, but can turn in the holes which I think is crap

Tried the Citroen C2 ones and they don't want to fit very well either...

Anyone know of some mist washer jets that fit a Clio MK3? And before anyone says it, my standard ones are broken, don't point where they should on the windscreen.
