Aye box blew up at 36,000 mile so had to get a new un, out a mk2 172 new box, seems better for it an all, expensive repair though!!

My mk1 172 box did about 68 in 2nd, 95 in 3rd, 120 in 4th, this new box does about 61 in 2nd, nearly 90 in 2nd, 117 ish in 4th. Whatever box it is its a damn site better then the mk1 box, seems quicker throughout the rev range, box feels like it matches the engine a lot better. Tis a recond box though so ratios could have been played about with when it was reconditioned. Aint fussed tbh, its got a 1 year unlimited mileage warrenty, had a new clutch while box was out an all, 2 year unlimited mileage so its gettin some cain on track hehe

Shall be doing some more track days this year so hopefully be adding some more vids if I can find the webspace!
