Mk1 back on the road

After putting it through an Mot yesterday morning i thought I'd take the track car out and grab some pics. So glad I dont drive it daily anymore lol the rattles were killing me after 5 mins! Once moving though I remember why I love driving it, feels so much more planted and eager than the 172 and the R888's offer so much grip.

Still needs a bit of cosmetic work but its pretty close to where I want it for now. Just need to sort a few track sessions now before the end of the year!

Looks great and a beautiful colour. I don't suppose you know what type of bung is needed for the rear wiper? I was going to take mine off but it's a very odd shape so I wasn't sure a regular circular bung would fit correctly.

Just got mine back on the road too ,....

feels so different to the 172 daily... agile as fudge!
