Mk1 Engine conversion

Picked up a Mk1 1994 Ph2 1.2 Clio With a blown engine.
so put the engine outa a Mk1 1993 Ph1 1.2 clio into the shell.
Its all in but the fuel isnt getting though to the engine.

what could it be ???

Also should add. tested the Fuel pump that works fine.
its got the Ph1 engine and ph1 ecu in it.

Fuel pipes on the wrong way?

Is the car physically turning over.

fixed was a ECU problem
