Yes

Mk1 172 rims are 15s as are 16v rims phase 1 and 2

Mk2 172 rims are 16 inch as are cup wheels

The speedo wont be affected to the point that you will notice

Mk1 172 rims look a bit pants IMO, you can get new uns from Renault with the correct ET.

You shouldnt, they look weedy, the standard Dyna wheels looks tons better, and im honestly not saying that because im selling them! I guess if you lowered your car a lot they would look ok though.
