Mk2 172 technical info needed - Captain

Im looking for some data on the suspension of the Mk2 172, namely the spring rates/free lengths for front and rear springs. Can anyone help out? Also, if anyone has a set of AVO springs and can supply the same, it would be much appreciated (AVO wont give me the info!).

James, my friend, most sorry, but that info is not published (whee I can find it...)

I keep meaning to take a side of the front sus to bits n measure rates / free length etc.. ust need time to do it lol..
