Can someone confirm if the exhaust system is one piece and if so the replacement costs.

the original one that came with the car should be a 2 pice allthough i believe u carnt get it out unless u cut it of take some part of the suspention off.

as for renualts prices or other oem ones wouldnt like to gues the prices

Majority of 172's are fitted with 1 piece system as standard, although some late 172's have the newer 2 piece system. If you buy a new one from Renault it will be a 2 piece system. Cost wise your looking at £350 + vat afaik. Mad prices...

Better off getting a stainless system from powerflow or someone. In which case your looking at £280-£320.
