theres a carbon fibre specialist in Middlesbrough. makes one off etc so could be worth a try. Hansell composites. I'll try and find a contact number for you. They have made race car parts etc before so might be able to help you

I've got a carbon kevlar hatch fitted to my car which was made by www.xsportracing.com and I believe they could make a carbon one if required.
