As above X reg ph1 parks outside Makerfield Timber virtually everyday. Ph2 rear lights, an exhaust cut into the bumper and I think I spotted a CS sticker in the back window?

It was there again today it must be someone who works at the timber yard. Defo has a CS sticker in the back window. Who's is it?
