Mk2 ph1 clio 1.4 sport HID kit wont work

Hi i hope some one can help... iv got a clio mk2 ph1 1.4 sport and i can not get the HID kit i brought to work i have a hb3 35w and just wont work do i need a certain one or am i doing sumat wrong any help would be great thanks
