Mk2 ph1 on 60mm lowering springs

  Clio 2
Hi all!

Me and a mate fitted a set of g-max 60mm lowering springs to the ph1 yesterday, unfortunatley the car seems to be sitting about 30mm higher on the front, the reverse rake is killing me
Has anybody had experience with this?..
I've thought maybe give it a week or two for them to settle in? Or maybe with it being a small engine, the weight distribution could be off?? My last resort would be to cut the front springs by another 20-30mm if they haven't settled down in the next couple of week..

What do you guys think??

are the springs seated correctly at the front? What 'should' they lower by? 60mm all round ?

Yes 60mm lowered all round.. I've just had a look at the springs on the front.. They appear to be sitting abit awkwardly.. When I replaced the springs the bottom end of the new springs appeared slightly larger in diameter but with a little bit of persuasion they went in but obviously not fully.. Cheap arse springs for you..
