Mk2 Phase 1 lights on a Phase 2?

Just a quick question that im sure has been answered but i cant seem to find the answer. I know alot of people with MK2 PH1 clios have upgraded their rear lights to the ph2 rearlights with the white circle. However, i currently own the facelifted model (2002) and fancy fitting some ph1 full red ones on my car, is it possible? will they fit straight on or is there a matter of re-wiring?

you need to re wire them guide is on here helps you go from phase 1 to phase 2 lights so just reverse the guide

Yes it is possible but why would you want to? The reason people change is because they are by far the better lights and the standard Ph1 lights look gash.

I dont know, im really not fond of the middle white circle of the facelifted lights, never have been, while the ph1 lights arent the best i like the fact that there all red.

Im all for origional Ph1s, dont agree with bumper changes to ph2 rears etc, but the lights make them look old and dated.
