Mk3 or Mk2 Ph2

Apparently to some its called the Mk3, ive always thought of it as mk2 ph2? Opinions... I want evidence!

Mk3 is due 2006.

its the mk2 facelift model, so Mk2 Ph2. The only things that were changed really were exterior and interior looks. Itll be a shame to see it go.

Think theres 3 phases of the mk2 isnt there?

There was 3 phases of the mk1 as well.
