like a f**king numpty assclown ive blocked my orange handset - when i ring customer services and it asks for my phone number and insert my number and it says "sorry this number is not reconiged" so how the fcuk do i get my puk code.

It'll ask you again to enter the number, once you enter it it still won't recognise your number but then it'll put you through to a customer service rep. I think it's summit to do with PAYG.
