monaco 172, buffed, laminx'd and fixed.

  Monaco 172
well, heres the update, after the altercation with the neighbours car last week as shown here

http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=390465

i spent a large portion of my weekend buffing it up and just generally bringing it up to the standard it was.

Also, i followed the trend of a few dubbers on here with lamin-x tints to the headlights. I had some left over, enough to do the fog lights, and then the side repeaters. I still have some left, no idea if i can use it anywhere though.lol the photos...

Loving the lamin-x! Really suits the Monaco mate! Do the Xenons look just as bright through it?

You reminded me I need to get my custom plate soon as well.

Great looking car mate!

indicators are just the same as buying smoked ones ive always wanted for it, 2 birds one stone

they seem slightly darker but still very bright in comparison etc full beam is normal too

is it easy to apply, just adhesive?

Where did you pick up the turinis from?

What size sheet did you buy from them to do your lights?

Whats the fitting Process?

  Monaco 172
god didnt think theyd go up that quick lol

yea subtle tint, and to cover them you need 2 12x24 with a tiny bit of stretching with the heat gun

Looks quality Pete. Lots of time gone into that.

Like the lights too, Good work ! :)
Whats the life expectancy with the tint material, what with washing & general road crap etc is it easy to remove it if you need to?

  Monaco 172
after you fit them, you forget about them apparently. just give them a coat of wax every so often to keep UV protection...apparently!
