Plans are a bit of welding, 15s, different suspension, different exhaust.

I didn't know you could get a 182 in Monaco, I thought it was only 172?

It's a 52 plate so a 172 with 182 exhaust conversion

It's one of those ktec 182 look a like exhausts. So still has the spare wheel well.

The 16s will be going so not bothered about spacers tbh

If you ignore the large hole in the underside it's pretty damn good. So I've started ruining it already. Fogs, arch liners and stereo will be advertised soon.

Wheels and exhaust once I have replacements.

It's recently had new track rod ends, balljoints, front tyres, aux belt change and oil change. As in 86 miles ago.

It's running JOM coilovers. Apparently they don't come with much thread 😂 they've been on for ages but I'll be changing them out.

Oh yeah, did this earlier too. Bumper is now quick release.

I'll make up some ducting in the near future too.

I'll be running DS1.11 on track again, such good pads. And they'll be coming from @George@rtrparts as usual.

Pottered away at this when I've had the chance to, no great changes, just stuff in the right direction for me.

Started with changing the stereo from this (now for sale) Sony

To my trusty Alpine with hands free

Thought I'd check and see how the towing eye thread is, fine it turns out

And did a deal on a bonnet with aerocatches so thought I'd get ahead of the game and get it ready for that since I'm not using it anyway. Started off with securing the top of the (brand new) rad once I'd removed the very broken aircon rad

Really pleased with the cut on the grill too

Can't tell from the outside at all

Got another few pieces coming this week too which I'm very pleased about.

Cos I've added bonnet catches I don't need the slam panel anymore. So then when you remove that you're left with a grill flapping about.
So instead I cut it off

Bit more done today. Was with the kids though so totally forgot to get some afters.

Trimmed the aerocatch pins, removed the acoustic valve, aircon pipes, carbon canister pipe work and rear wiper. And kinda washed it.

Also noticed that the aux belt has been done by Renault at some point

Looking a bit tidier under the bonnet at least

Wiper blank was Monaco it turns out

but I can't say I was a fan of highlighting that the wipers removed so now it's satin black

I'm in 2 minds about how far to take it. Option 1 is rear cage with carpets. Option 2 is more hardcore than the flamer was.
