Moved House - Car insurance.

Contacted Adrian Flux to tell them id moved house, no premium change but they want £15 admin fee within 10 days.

Is it normal for insurance companies to charge admin fees to update an address?

some companies do charge admin fees.

Ive moved house with Tesco....and they just updated it and sent out new paperwork

Infact my premium went down by £120 was well happy

Yea some companys charge ya a bit but I dont think that many do

i was very suprised mine did not go down. I only moved a few streets away and the car is now kept on a private driveway where as before it was public carparking!

yer thats wot changed for me, from road parking to a driveway!
