MS office/Works etc

My Aunty has just phoned me as she has a new laptop. She thought it came with word/excel etc but it doesn't.

Office is really expensive for her to buy for the occasional use that she wants, Works doesn't seem to be around anymore for Win 7 etc...

Any ideas??
