MS Teams - download structure?

Anyone an expert or Admin on MS Teams?

I want to download a hierarchy of our company’s Teams structure - the names of all Teams, and the names of all channels within each Team.

I can export the list of Teams which shows how many channels are in each Team, but I can’t see how to get the names of all channels too, not without going into each Team one at a time.

Any help would be appreciated.
