MW2 online issues

I'm trying to play multiplayer MW2 on PS3 but the little box which tells you when you've connected onto the 3 different things never goes.... The bottom 2 connect but the top one doesn't so I can't get into any games.... Only just happened on my profile but the mrs has had the problem for a little while.

Anyone had this before??

Is the router locked and have a code? If you go into network setting and connection test is there a signal?

id say your nat is strict too basically it wont let people connect to you

How has this happened?? It's worked fine 12 months... What do I do to resolve it?

How do you change the NAT Strict setting. My friend has this. Non of can join him but he can join us. COD 4 was fine just MW2.

I've just gone through my Internet settings again and its working fine .... Mine is on NAT TYPE 2 is that good??

No idea.
I just know that when it says strict, it won't connect.
I just restart the modem, then when it says 'NAT TYPE- OPEN' its fine

mine was type 2 that means it's not as good as Open which mine is now, with it been Open i can get to be host and that which i didnt before
