My 0-60 and 0-100 vids

I was bored yesterday so I decided to do some runs..

It was raining (heavily) I was 2 up with spare wheel + tools still in car. the extra wieght really does make a difference to 0-100 times.

This was all done on my nans private 1 mile runway ofcourse.

my 0-60 worked out at 6.22 seconds on the adobe premier timeline. ???? with two people in the car and half tank of fuel ?? beats me but im chuffed.

oh the judder noise in 1st is my wheels spinning btw

that two up in total by the way.. driver + pass not driver + 2 passengers the 0-100 was something like 19 seconds..

anyone know if using pinnacle you can get two vids running side by side? i have a few uncompressed ones wouldnt mind watching together

hehe, it was my GF that was in the car .. she weighs 8.5 stone so it wasnt like major weight.. and by tools I mean the ones in the spare wheel well .. not a workshop in my boot or anything.. hehe

you hear the wheels spinning though when it comes on cam in 1st.

that would be an interesting idea.. I do this kinda stuff for a living (creating digital video/editing etc)

Someone asked me about this before and I got around the problem by embedding the 2 videos into a webpage side by side, I guess if you had both videos on the original tapes I could do it as a split screen to the video mixer ..

Cant think of another easy way to do it though.

If they digital, Open one in Quicktime, one in Media Player.. Place next to each other.. ?

or u could import them both into a flash movie and set a preloader to load the videos first..

that way you are garunteed that the would both start at the same time..

anyone know anything about flash lol.. cause I hate it ..

lol, cheers im clueless to all of that so im scuppered! best try the one in media and one in quicktime trick but i doubt theyll start together!

I think I will do some more runs this w/end minus 1 GF, 1 spare wheel + tools.. if its dry so that I can get some proper traction.

Any cup drivers better get out of my way cause Im a commin through.

err.. nope it starts at 0mph.. watch it again.. try turning up your brightness and watching full screen.. the needle is at 0mph when the vid starts.. 1st gear is a short gear dont take me long to get to 35mph.
