My adventures with tw*tty Drivers

Well speaking from my own experiences, the only time I've seen a bus pull out on someone is when the bus has been indicating, moves off but about 3 or 4 jackasses still try and pass anyway, resulting in the slowest drag race ever witnessed by man.

So true. Made me laugh.
The other (similar one) I see a fair bit is where more mature ladies drive along behind a bus, bus pulls up, two or three people get on the bus, the mature lady stares at the back of the bus, then just as the bus is ready to pull out, she indicates and drives round it causing a frustrated two or three people behind her to pile in, in the manner you describe above. Hilarious. She then slows down to the point that the bus driver is tailgating the poor car that was last to overtake him.

Daddy cool where did you mount the unit to get that sort of a view. Did you manage to hide the wires down to the socket.

top left of the windscreen. my cigarette lighter doesn't work so no wires at the moment, just unscrew it from the mount every few days for a charge

I got an email saying they are out of stock due to high demand. They will send mines when they get them in.

i've always wondered something actually, and this vid illustrates it perfectly. the car that pulled on from the left was already on the roundabout before i entered it. who has right of way?

You could argue they should of slowed down upon approach to the roundabout as the bus didn't slow down at all until she was turning around the 'bout.
But the same could be said for youself. Nothing wrong IMO.

You were in the wrong. He has right of way as he is at the roundabout, at the moment he pulled away, you were still 10 yards away from it.

what's all this wrongness? i'm not implying i've been cut up or anything, it's just the only thing of any remote interest that i've recorded on my camera in a month!

edit: i've started leaving it on when i pop into the shops, in case it picks anything up. it never does :(

Knowsit!

IMO the person in the small bus was entirely at fault.

If "they were on the roundabout" makes them right, then you'd be able to pull out on anyone at a mini roundabout and get an insurance claim go your way!!!

They should have looked to their right, seen the incoming Clio and given way

In Australia at least, the rule specifies you must give way to vehicles already in the roundabout. So in this case, the 'bus' was doing nothing illegal.

I pulled out onto a roundabout today. The end.

Bigger than a mini roundabout, it had a kerbed centre. As I pulled onto it to turn right I could see a car pulling onto it from the opposite side. He went hammering round the roundabout and slammed his brakes on and sat on his horn, despite being able to see me pulling onto the roundabout seconds before. Kind of like what I did to the bus, + PMT. Driving like a t**t is one thing, but throwing a strop because someone gets in the way of your t**t-run. Arsewipe.

The size of the roundabout is also relevant. Mini-roundabouts are treated like they don't exist by most drivers it seems.

True - this really annoys me, I was following someone last night, and they turned right on a mini roundabout and went completley on the wrong side of the road. Utterly laziness.
