My Brake Set-Up

M.O.T is due on 4th august and all my pads are low so im fitting new brake system.

This set-up for FRONT
Brembo HC with Mintex 1144's (from Auto-Nation)

This set-up for REAR

The difference being with the rear set-up is one has ABS ring and one dosen't do i need these or not?
Works out just under £50 more if i get ABS Rings!

Also Braided Lines Getting Fitted ones from K-Tec and some Dot 5.1 fluid.

Advice please???

on 182's you will need the ABS rings as you have ABS, it's only the cup that diesn't have ABS and therefore doesn't need the rings

okay so cant just use the ones i already got?

Personally I'd prefer to spend the extra for genuine discs and pads.

Get the abs rings, mine had snapped off after 36 k

its just that theres that much info in the search option that refers to brakes its hard to know whats best.

NW Performance have an offer on rear disks and pads at the mo.

i got the Ktec rear discs and are very good!! they come with abs rings and bearings and are zinc plated so dont really rust
