Well fingers crossed it has been a good month reliabilty wise, And all may be sorted now.....

But a few weeks ago reno uk called up my home and to cut a long story short they asked how the service was that i got.... My mum was the only one in and omg! Poor lady on the other end of the phone lol! Good old mum!

So after the mums rant at her she said she will look into it. Got a phone call this morning, from the manger of lookers would like to chat to me about what kinda service i had etc.... And why i was treated like i was!

So got to call him up later.... Or i might just visit him, only round the corner.

Just glad they are now looking into why there service is crap!

lookers in colchester is sh!t, if its them u mean, let them know there unhelpful buggers

when i went in just sat around doing feck all and no1 would help me, parts desk closed 2 much of the time aswel

Lol. Try ring mitsi up saying your clutch has gone on your 2000 mile new evo 8, their put your through to this real tough bird with absolutely no logical sense, her answer to everything is no - no sir its not covered on warranty, no sir the law dont apply to us, no sir tyre wear etc will not be evidence of no abuse, no sir no sir your not getting nothing from us sir bye bye. Then ring mitsi up and say your clutch is going on your 2 year old carisma at 60000 miles - "sir take it to a dealer and their replace it immediately, anything for sir with the carisma".
