My car won't start!

Hi, I currently own a Clio GT (59 plate) 1.6 petrol.

I attempted to start it on Tuesday and it wouldn't start, the engine won't turn over.

Battery is fully charged and the start motor is receiving power.

the car hasn't been started in a few months if that helps.

What voltage are you getting on the battery and starter?

I believe its just over 12V
