Make sure you get the coppers to view the CCTV, just re-enforces your side of the story, try and geta copy yourself. He only has 7 days to produce as Mel has, so make sure you get on the blower and get that geezers insurance details. Then pass them on to your insurance co.

In the Met it takes 6 weeks for the blood to come back, i dont know about Essex, he would have been bailed to come back pending the blood analysis.
