As I've been pestered to update my thread a bit... I shall :rasp:

Nothing much has happened to my little Cleee-O recently. But hopefully a lot will be done soon so that it looks a bit more presentable for show season. I hope you like some new fotos

I went down to the petrol station about a month ago, and there was a puddle that led into the forecourt. Didn't realise it was more like a lake though! came all up over my bonnet and covered virtually all of the wheels!

Looked Ghetto with no plate though. :rasp:

And one to show that Porsche's are really high and need decking! lol

So yea, hope you like the new pictures. Will try and have some actual progress soon on it. Been the worst start to the year I could have dreamed of so for the first time in my life my car has taken a bit of a back seat. But hey! onwards and upwards with project Cleee-O.

Gud lad! Get that front touching the floor . I'm still on the hunt for some black headlights, may just have to bite the bullet soon and buy them for 80 quid new . Ooo, I had my cambelt and service last year. 450 quid lighter in the wallet because of that. I need some camber, hopefully my mate can sort me out over easter

cool. but i dont see how that is driveable without rocking my ball sack constantly and driving 1mph over speedbumps anoying the hell outa everyone behind. on the other hand does look rather nice for a 5 dr, flame looks nuts too

infact how thee eck did you manage to drive inside the carparks??? major scraping i would of imagined!

Cheers dude, it's getting there . Umm, from memory I think the front is about 15mm away from the base of the coil. But I've also got 20 less profile of the tires and the stretch which would probably be another 5mm less again, or something like that. 14's FTW!

Ha, it is my daily. You just have to drive a bit more carefully. Speedbumps are fun, tortoises overtake me when I go over them. lol. Only way to get over them is reallyyyyy slowly. TBH though, I don't really care if I'm annoying people behind with it, they'll get over it. Ha, multistory car parks see my splitter resonating around all of the building as it scrapes the floor going up and down every level. Personally love it! Glad you like the look of it though mate, thanking you

Really?! Jeez, thanks a lot dude! Means a lot, especially if it's your favourite . Yea I've got a lot of stuff to do yet. Items that hopefully will be coming up soon are;
x New Colour Coded Spoiler.
x Rear Wiper Blanked.
x New Headlights (Black ones with a twist )
x Some colour on the badges.
x New steering wheel.

There is a huge list in all honesty, that's the ones that should hopefully done in the near future though . As for the rest though I'm afraid I'll have to just build your anticipation. lol. It will all tie in well though, I'd like to get the whole list done by the end of the year...but we'll see if that's possible or not.

Cheers man . Yea, have you seen the AX on Schmidt TH Lines? Dark Emerald Green, looks awesome . Yea it's Lamin-X film mate, http://www.lamin-x.co.uk/ . Easy to apply, just take your fogs out. They send you all the utensils you need to do it, only thing you'll need is a hairdryer to make it a bit more malleable.

Ha, this is true. How much camber and with what size spacers are you running?! My mate was running 6' of camber on 9's on his Cabby, and I thought it was bad that he ruined his tyres in 2 months! lol.

I dunno yet, I may do. Would be nice to go to some show's this year for a change Yea man, will definately meet up if I go.

Fitted my wiper blank today! Ended up hacksawing the wiper arm off in the end, which was very satisfying after it not wanting to come off at all when I was asking it very nicely. lol. Here's some pics

So yea, hope you like. Gave it a damn good clean while I was at it too, bearing in mind it was filthy and had a mixture of metal particles and WD40 on the boot too. Ha.

Will be some more fotos soon from this evenings meet, and hopefully more progress soon, thanks for looking!

Not that much mate, only about 10mm something like that. Ha, on the front is 1' of camber stopping it...and on the back nothing. Well, I got the rear arches rolled which has helped a hell of a lot. But under heavy cornering it still catches a bit.

but i much prefer the poke look, want to see what i can do to stop the catching,

im thinking of simply sawing the inner lip off to give more room! lol

Yea, need camber at times. I'd like a bit on the back so that I could drop it a bit more, but haven't had chance to yet. Yea man, I love poke, can make a car have some evil looking stance . Ha! You could do...but seal it if you do that, and be careful too! My mate just cut his into sections and folded them over with a pair of pliars...having said that though he is a nutter and makes my car look like a 4x4! :S

Thats what i did, just take an angle grinder to it. Gives you a good 10-15mm at least...saying that mine still scrapes lol!

Just make sure you seal it as said above as it will obviously rust once the paint and stuff has been ground away.

Ha, I know the bloke that makes them mate. Paid the full price for them mind, but TBH they're more than worth it. By the time you've imported them, gone to the trouble to drill them, then at in the locking grub it's easier just to pay for them. lol. Plus it was £20 not £15, got the matching keyring too :rasp:

I went from an Mx5 to a Clio due to a new arrival due in August! Was an Import Eunos Roadster. Lowered on Bilsteins, forged wheels, exhaust etc. Was the best car i've ever driven, and still is. Just felt complete if that makes sense?
