My clio 172 ph2 feels like the rear wheels are turning?

hi i have a clio sport 172 ph2 and every time i go over a bump on the road it feels like the rear wheels are turning and the car goes all over the road. ive been told by a few people that this is rear axel bushes and some say its rear shocks. please can you help.

Are the rear dampers leaking? Could be either needs looking at there is no magic answer.
