My cold air feed solution

I've used 75mm ducting from the front grill.

I cut the squares out of the grill with a stanley knife. Still plenty of strengh left in the grill & its almost standard looking:approve:

All existing pipework & accoustic valve removed to create space.

The ducting sits nicely behind the horn & lights and is zip-tied at both ends.

Done without removing the bumper - just the front wheel & inner wheel arch skin.

Its difficult to see in the internal pic but the ducting point towards the Viper inlet (its not directly joined) & theres a heat shield to the side of the battery-to create a cold air area.

Sorry the pics are so big - I just really struggle with them.
 
That's pretty good...I think you'd have to look pretty closely to notice the difference:D
 
Much prefer that to these G.A.F. bell mouths stuck all over the place. Subtle as you like.
 
Defo going to need a remap now...I made a very similar feed and it was noticable slower...Too much air.
 
Loving that section of pipe from the Viper to the coldest part of the engine space, just beneath the battery.

Means the Viper isnt being restricted by fully connecting it up to the cold air feed plus gets the coldest air possible.

I had a idea of locating the whole Viper there but there isnt the space without locating the battery to the boot
