My First Williams 2! What do you think?

I used to own a 1.4 RT then a 1.8 RT years ago, just saw this Williams 2 and knew I had to buy 1. I must have still had the Clio bug!!! Didt know how well they handle. Whats best to get more BHP its got a full stainless exhaust and K&N panel filter. Cheers!

best for performance.....ditch the open induction kit n go back to std airbox.

then its time for cams an a trip to see the wizard.

fantastic car, to think i offered Claire £5000 for that car without the plate when she advertised it. I was laughed at due to my offer :S

ah well, we all make mistakes... including Claire.

Im envious of your car mate, its one of the few Williams i would buy due to its condition.

For power get some cams off BenR (DO NOT BUY PIPER OR KENT, THEY SUCK!) and then get the fooker remaped. Voila, instant 190+bhp on a good engine.

yeah i thought that, was over a year ago now. She had it advertised for £5500 and laughed at my offer. After a long wait she sold it for considerably less... :rasp:

Do you know how much it went for? When I bought it the plate came with it. It defenetly makes the car. I knew I had to buy it when I had a drive.

Yeh its got a pannel filter I heard it was better and a de-cat pipe. I had a couple of Civic VTI's that were 194 BHP at the wheels but Im sure the Clio is faster, handles much better to. :hail: Williams 2's

Im very very surprised that she turned down your offer of 5000, its a good condition williams but was not perfect. I would expect it to be 10000% perfect for that money.

Im more surprised considering what I paid her.

I had a K&N induction kit, de-cat pipe and back box and it was put on the rolling road at Dastech to get a VAFC set up on it. It was an 1.8 VTI. It had 194 BHP at the wheels on the print out and that was without a turbo!!!

Hi John Im loving it it handles so much better than any of my Civics and is faster. Had it doing 130 on a straight that my Civic could only do 125.

Its not perfect but Im goingto get it booked in to get it the wee bits of rust touched up and have the lights fixed.
Then all I need to wait for is a sunny day so I can take some good photos of my own.
