IS the actual scoop B+Q, as i didnt see anything quite like that last time i looked, or is it a cut down version of one of the vents? And what bore pipe are you using as the arch liner still has the ring on it, wheras i had to bucher mine to get 100mm piping in there.

its the 70mm hlafords alloy pipe. sorry i meant focus diy its £9.99 and its called a rain hopper. it closes down into a 68mm pipe which is pretty much the same size as the one on the car. when i first tried it over the fog it fitted perfect but i had to shorten it as i couldnt get the alloy pipe connection in. there was no space. have a look its a good bit of kit. i have noticed a difference on the car, especially torque at high speed.

where abouts is it in the shop ?

ive done the same with the cold air feed on mine but i could do with one of those rain hopper things....ideal

in the plumbing section at FOCUS DIY. its where they have all the drainpipes and stuff. it fits perfectly round the back of the fog mounting but you have to cut about an inch off the hop bit if your going to use the existing pipework as it comes back to far so you cant make the connection bend.
