At the least even if it does push out you'll have to skim that with cataloy and then paint it etc. Might be worth just taking the door mentioned above and getting it painted/fitted.

Dont touch yourself phone dent master/ local cold repair specialist, if its not creased the metal it can be comletley removed. Feel 4 u dude that sucks!

Yes matey call up a dent person they use rods i think inside the door can get most stuff out....
