My new 16v Clio Turbo

Sold my old clio turbo in order to get this one.....this ones' much faster!! have had RR done since and it was 217bhp.

Have seen off quite a few "faster" cars in this including an M3 and a proven 300bhp pulsar....

Let me know what you think....

I like it fella the grey valvers always looks sweet ...no need for nasty body kits...just subtle mods like the de-badging.

Nice, mine is soon to be smoothed, not keen on the bits between the doors tho, i prefer the black bit which is normally there.

Engine is sweet as though, get it more blinged up

nice mate, seen both cars in billericay, like your old one, had a gtt lump in in did'nt it, sounded very nice, saw u on the highstreet once. saw your new one parked outside its old home and woundered if it was a turbo as it had a side exit exh, seems like it is , how much did u pay for it??

i owned the blue one aswell so swapped plates over..

bought it for £3450 with "running problems", the only problem was the standard exhaust was causing gas back into the turbo...nothin a new side exit couldn't help!!

wheels aren't my favourite cup of tea but they'll do for now

Just get fat tyres.

It's gonna spin up anyway, no matter what size wheels you have.

Phase 2's look good on the tungy valvers imo.

As everyone says ditch the 17's get some valver or willy 15's put 205 width tyres on them and some decent discs and pads or 4 pot calipers

that sounds rapido, theres another bb 16v turbo going about near me and he says he cant get grip in 1st and 2nd must be amazing!!

do all of the 16v conversions need side exit exhausts then to sort the gas away from the turbo??

Very nice, as said before the sleeper look is the way to go, a set of phase 2's & a decent set of brakes it'll be wicked !!!

I dont go up there much tbh mate but will look out for you, will probs make an appearance sat night!!!

p.s doubt it will look silly on small wheels mate, my old hybrid was on 17's and i changed to 15's.......It dont look as good but for performance it does make that much differences, just go for 195/50 tyres.

15s do make a massive performance to acceleration and handling mate, go with 15" polished turbines, would look lovely!

It won't silly on Willy wheels mate, there isn't enough in the way of body mods to need big wheels, although you may want to lower it a bit further with the smaller wheel. Love everything else about it, apart from the side exit exhaust... but as above, am I assuming this is something of a requirement?
