My New Subaru VW

Had this delivered today.

T25 single cab with the addition of a 2 litre Subaru engine (non turbo).

Cost me a fair bit but made more sense than doing a swap on the panel van.

I’ve had a few offers on the van but I’m struggling to let go if I’m honest.

I always fancied doing a subaru conversion years ago, but I was too tight to pay for a reasonable van (vw badge tax).

wheels need to go, they look like they're from an episode of pimp my ride.
needs to be repainted in patina/shop truck/surf truck in pastel colours or cab upper half cream to break it up a bit
how rusty is it Jim ?

I like the truck, although I’d swap the wheels from the van onto the truck. Bet it’s super practical aswell.

Unsure on the seats in the truck, what are they from?

Its a lot more expensive to do turbo as the engine is in the rear so you have intercooler and turbo issues.

Most places are £7k drive in drive out for a turbo conversion.

Yeah, unfortunately the prices of Subaru conversions are the same as what I’m selling the full van for!

Looks like a brand spanker that loader, so he drilled a HGV instead
